Speed of Retaining Information

When using Brain Hacking techniques you will learn information much faster. This was proven by a study by Bons Nikolai Konrad. In his study, he had memory athletes teach people with average memory multiple drills. After 6 weeks of the average memory group practicing these drills, they noticed a major improvement with their connections between different parts of the brain.

Focus is a major part of learning anything, especially in school. Focus is caused when your peripheral nerves are stimulated. These nerves relay signals between different areas of the brain. Signals are relayed by neurochemicals.

Ability to Focus

This brain hacking technique is commonly used in schools. This works because your brain is basically a bunch of wires and the goal is to wire them as much as possible to ensure you are at your best.
